Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 23baj ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 23baj platform at 23baj.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all games, promotions, financial transactions, communications, and other interactions conducted through the 23baj platform. 23baj reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 23baj platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• ▸You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing any wager on the Platform.
• ▸You must be a natural person. Registrations on behalf of corporations, partnerships, or other legal entities are not permitted.
• ▸You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• ▸You must not have previously had an account on the 23baj platform that was suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms.

Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold only one active account on the 23baj platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 23baj reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update this information promptly should it change.

• ▸You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number at the time of registration. This number will be used for account verification, security OTP delivery, and support communications.
• ▸You must complete the identity verification (KYC) process when requested by 23baj before any withdrawal can be processed. Required documents may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• ▸You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify 23baj support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• ▸23baj reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• ▸Accounts registered with false information, fraudulent documents, or on behalf of another person are void ab initio and will be closed. Any balances associated with fraudulently registered accounts may be withheld and reported to relevant authorities.

Deposits and Withdrawals

23baj supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 23baj does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 23baj accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same account. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 23baj reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal above a threshold amount set by the platform from time to time.

• ▸Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your 23baj account at the time of transaction.
• ▸Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 23baj wallet in real time. Processing times for bank transfer deposits may vary depending on the sending institution.
• ▸23baj does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the 23baj account holder.
• ▸Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions initiated without prior engagement with 23baj support will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Any costs incurred by 23baj as a result of a chargeback may be recovered from the player's account balance.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, 23baj offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements associated with each individual promotion. General bonus terms set out in this clause apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

The 23baj welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus claim is permitted per player, per household, and per device. The welcome bonus is available to players aged 21 and above only. Players who register with inaccurate information for the purpose of claiming a bonus may have the bonus voided and their account suspended.

• ▸Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your wallet. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real-money funds by satisfying the applicable wagering requirement (rollover).
• ▸Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• ▸Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate of each game type is set out in the specific promotion terms. Live casino and fishing games may have reduced contribution rates.
• ▸23baj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage, or exploitation of system errors — will result in the voiding of all associated bonuses and may result in account closure.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

Players are expected to use the 23baj platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this agreement:

• ▸Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity to access the Platform.
• ▸Using software bots, automated scripts, or any technological tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• ▸Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game outcomes. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the account may be suspended.
• ▸Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or defraud the Platform.
• ▸Engaging in any conduct that 23baj reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity in connection with the use of the Platform.

23baj cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities where required. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 23baj may suspend the account, withhold all associated funds, and refer the matter to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

Responsible Gaming

23baj is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all markets in which it operates, including Bangladesh. The Platform enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all real-money gaming activity. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, the player will not be permitted to create a new 23baj account for the duration of the exclusion period. 23baj will not send promotional communications to players who are under a self-exclusion arrangement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 23baj platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and design elements — is the property of 23baj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without the prior written consent of 23baj is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 23baj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. 23baj does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned technical outages may temporarily affect access to games, the cashier, or account functions.

23baj's total cumulative liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

23baj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. When material changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms on a regular basis. Your continued use of the 23baj platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
